Food Service Worker - The primary duties of a Food Service Worker, is to transport food carts, serve carts and condiments carts to the patient unit wards
and or cart docking station. But not limited to; • Perform tasks with several steps or a sequence of tasks that require attention to work operations, follow set
procedures in accomplishing repetitive assignments, and follow an established sequence of work. • Sets-up serving lines with dishes, steam tables, dining
room tables, and side stands with silverware and hot and cold food items including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, and beverages. • Serves
food on patient tray line where a printed tray ticket provides standard service and portion information using proper utensils as directed. • Assemble and toss
fresh fruit or green salads in quantity using prepared dressings and portion into service sizes. Make cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients and pack
box lunches. • Set-up  and operates a mechanical dishwasher or pot and pan machine, including continuous conveyor belt-feeding dishwasher. • Preform
general cleaning duties to include cleaning ceiling and transoms, exhaust hoods, cleaning spaces under and behind kitchen equipment and walls with
powered cleaning equipment. • Scrape , soak, scour, and scrub the heavier cooking utensils such as mixing bowls and pots. • Remove and inspect doors,
